Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MD Studios | Dennis Langthaler, Am Burgerfeld 16, 91567 Herrieden, Germany, office.mdcreativesolutions@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication about the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

​

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Please note: You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

As we place great value on sustainability, we aim to avoid unnecessary returns. Please carefully select your items and use the size charts provided in our online store to choose the correct size. This helps minimize returns and actively contributes to environmental protection.

You are only required to pay for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

1. Contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-made and for which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is essential for their production, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

2. For the booking of one-time services (e.g., MD INTENSIVE, Workshops), there is no possibility of cancellation or withdrawal after purchase. Further information can be found in our T&Cs under section 10.
